The new app is more simple and.organized than before, kudos. Updating after changing my phone, the app is unbelievably sluggish, confirming a payment for the Klarna card is a horrible experience, the 8 minutes time to confirm are literally run out in 4 seconds then the payment is rejected because time ran up. The app is working totally fine on my iphone or my old android.

The Klarna experience is great until it isn't. The first and only time I had an issue with a merchant, Klarna spent two months giving me the runaround. In the end, instead of conducting a chargeback like any legitimate credit card provider would do, they decided to stiff me with the payment. Never again! Do not use Klarna. They are incompetent and the customer service is really just customer torture. EDIT: Don't believe their response, they really don't care at all.

Terrible experience, so far. I was migrated from the slim, quick Stocard app, where everything just worked. This app, even thought it has the option to change it to light mode (my phone is always in dark mode), doesn't actually change the app, apart from making it somewhat lighter. It's more like a colour theme. My main gripe, is that apart from being very slow to load and open cards, you have to change your phone from dark mode to light mode before any of the barcodes can be scanned :-(
