The frequent prompts about conflicting game data has always been concerning, but after playing this game for over a year, all of my progress is gone. It's as if I've never played it before and I'd earned so many coins, puzzle pieces, and decks. They're all gone and the "help" page is useless.

I love this game, I've played it for years and recently came back after a long hiatus. I'm saddened to see that they've added ads and transitioned to a subscription service for removing them... I would be willing to pay once to remove ads, but a subscription for a card game? That's really beyond the pale... Especially with how strapped for cash everyone is nowadays

I wasn't expecting a subscription version. It's crazy to pay 20 a year just to play Solitaire, and I definitely would have preferred a one-time payment. I think more money is to be made on this app using a one-time payment scheme. The subscription scheme just goes to show the greed behind what used to be a free app with no ads. I would have given five stars. I now have more than 400,000 coins. Sticking with version 1.3.3 and NOT updating.
