Useful, but buggy. Here are the bugs I have noticed: 1. The app forgets the last chosen payment method. I always pay cash and I have to chose it from the drop down list every time. 2. The app doesn't preserve state when building order. If I go to home screen on my phone (intentionally or by accidentally pressing the home button), whatever order I was creating at the time gets lost. Preserving the state when the app goes to the background on Android (or even closes, because the system may choose to close it when in background) is a basic feature of Android apps. 3. It is impossible to choose the same food with different extras. I and a friend wanted to order the same item from the menu, but wanted different extras. Instead of adding a new item, the app replaced the old one with the one with newly chosen extras.

Installed this app today and tried to make my first order. Made a new account, added my card, confirmed address, identity with my phone via sms etc etc. Everything was tidy until I tried to finish my order. Didn't work. It was saying that was a problem with my identity, the app suggested to get in contact with the costumer support which I did. At the end spoke with 3 diff people and none of them could solve this issue. Also, their portuguese was barely understandable. Worst costumer service ever

The app is ok, when things work. When they don't the support is there just to say sorry, stuff happens, without any actions that would resolve anything and brush you off. It's also impossible/very difficult to navigate to support messages. I get it, you dont want to offer support. It's also not possible to delete an account, you need to ask customer service to do it. It's cheap tricks that definitely kill the trust.
