Pocket Camp is a wonderful watered down version of Animal Crossing for mobile phones. Gameplay is fun and the items you get, I'd argue, are even better than in console Animal Crossing games. The only problem I have is how difficult it is to receive a huge update. I always have to clear the games cache, restart the phone to be able to receive an update. It is a very annoying problem which happens around every couple of months

It's a really time consuming, fun game and I love it! The animal friendship bar is so much fun to raise and visiting your friends campers and camping sites is awesome. It's very event heavy, so you are either never going to run out of stuff to do, or miss a lot of stuff as you can't keep up, depending on the time you want to invest. The updates streamlined a lot of the activities but the time it takes to load the game is massive.

I love the AC games and this is also a great game. I like the new additions of characters and furniture and so on that come up frequently. One of my favourite parts of AC games though is multiplayer. I love playing with friends and family, but this isn't part of Pocket Camp. The only way to interact with other players is, well by sending them stuff and looking at their stuff, but alone not with them. This is why the 5th star is missing. Multiplayer should be fun and not....that.
