Shopping is always a stressful experience here. The fake offers turn out to be a trap to force you to shop again. Most of the products don't match either the description or the pictures. The quality is a disaster. Most of the accessories are excluded from return. Even if I want to return something, it's not that easy cause the package isn't registered as delivered,which disables any returns. It is totally untrustworthy.

My recent experiences have resulted in a lowered rating. In the attempt to mimic other apps has been at the consumers expense. Any discount offers arent worth the trouble. The sizing has changed and no longer depicts reality. Overall, using the app has become aggravating to say the least. Not to mention they're non-returnable items can be very expensive. Always read the fine print before you buy!!!

This App is riddled with FRAUD. SHEIN offers discounts such as 40% off for orders of $9.90 & above. The app shows a price on an item. Once you add it to the cart, the price changes from what was originally displayed. When you select more than one item, the price for each item increases. When you go to the cart, it reflects a price different from what you were offered and each item price is not itemized to reflect the discount. The final prices are not what was advertised.
